- Qualifying flights must be sold and served by the same SkyTeam™ carrier.
- Qualifying travel must include at least one international segment.
- Upgrades apply to one way and round trip travel.
- Upgrades must be requested at least three days before your scheduled departure date.
- Requests for upgrades to do not apply once travel has begun.
- Does not apply for upgrades requested directly at the airport or on standby.
- Only applies to e-tickets.
- Subject to availability.
