Terms and conditions
By acquiring any Club Premier Award Ticket, you acknowledge and accept these “Terms and Conditions for Club Premier Award Tickets”.
Club Premier Award Tickets. Defined as plane tickets Club Premier Members may acquire by redeeming Premier Points, including Award Tickets and Dynamic Fare Award Tickets.
Award Ticket: fare-free plane tickets, which are subject to availability and are under controlled availability, which depends on the demand for each flight based on the schedule, route and date of each flight (among other factors). Such flights might be operated by Aeroméxico and any airline in the Skyteam/OAL alliance. Applicable to one-way, round trip and multi-city itineraries. To redeem this type of Award Ticket, the required number of Premier Points is fixed, as set forth in this table:

- Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket: plane tickets with a public fare converted into Premier Points, for flights operated exclusively by Aeroméxico, Aeroméxico Connect, Delta, KLM and Airfrance. Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets and the required number of Premier Points are subject to branded fare rules as set forth by the airline operating flights, and depends on the demand for each flight, which varies based on time, date and route (among other factors established by each airline). Applicable to one-way, round trip and multi-city itineraries.
How to acquire a Club Premier Award Ticket
In order to acquire a Club Premier Award Ticket, whether it be an Award Ticket or a Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket, Club Premier Members must redeem (use and/or exchange) a given number of Premier Points and pay applicable taxes and booking fees. These last two charges must always be paid with cash, not Premier Points.
The fare of Club Premier Award Tickets will always be other than 0 (zero) Premier Points. You acknowledge and accept that Award Tickets will under no circumstance be free.
Cash+Points
If Club Premier Members do not have enough Premier Points, they may acquire Club Premier Award Tickets by paying one part with Premier Points and the balance with money, by a valid credit or debit card.
These two types of Club Premier Award Tickets may be paid with Premier Points or Cash+Points (money + Premier Points). The ticket price will depend on the route and the season (high or low):
- High season:
- Holy Week period: starts the Monday before Holy Week and ends the Sunday after the week of Easter (4 weeks in total).
- Summer period: June 1st to August 18th
- Christmas period: December 8th to January 16th
- Low season: The rest of the year
The combined Cash+Points scheme works as follows:
- Acquire the flight with 75% (seventy-five percent) Premier Points plus 25% (twenty-five percent) cash;
- Acquire the flight with 50% (fifty percent) Premier Points plus 50% (fifty percent) cash, or
- Acquire the flight with 35% (thirty-five percent) Premier Points plus 65% (sixty-five percent) cash.
The amount to be paid with cash will vary based on the quote for the selected Club Premier Award Ticket.
The minimum percentage which may be paid with Premier Points is 35% (thirty-five percent) of the total Premier Points value of the selected Club Premier Award Ticket.
This Cash+Points alternative will be available to all Club Premier members when they book their flights on https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/
Club Premier Award Ticket booking fee
”Award Ticket” and “Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket” booking fees are equivalent to $290.00 (two hundred and ninety pesos 00/100, national currency) for bookings done through the Web site (https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/ and $580.00 (five hundred and eighty pesos 00/100, national currency) for bookings done through any other channel. These charges may not be paid with Premier Points and must be covered in a single disbursement.
Even if they pay with the Cash+Points system, Club Premier members must pay applicable taxes and booking fees.
How to book and/or acquire Club Premier Award Tickets
Club Premier Award Tickets may be booked and/or acquired:
- Premier Point redemption online at https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/
- Premier Point redemption by phone, calling the Club Premier Call Center (Club Premier Call Center (52 55) 1519 4040); and
- Premier Point redemption in person, at Aeroméxico ticketing offices
When requesting Club Premier Award Tickets by phone or at a ticketing office, please bear in mind these Club Premier Award Tickets are subject to availability. To book an Aeroméxico flight, you need to call a minimum of 24 (twenty-four) hours before the flight’s departure. To book flights onboard SkyTeam airlines and affiliates, you need to call at least 7 (seven) working days before the flight is scheduled to depart. The aforementioned time frames are for reference only. Seats are subject to availability.
Redemption of Club Premier Award Tickets on the Web site:
- Go to clubpremier.com
- Log on to your Club Premier account.
- Go to “Use”, “Book your trip” and then to “Flights” to book the Award Ticket or Award Tickets you wish to get with Premier Points, or go directly to https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/
- Select your origin, your destination and the number of passengers.
- Purchase or redeem your Award Ticket and pay applicable taxes in one disbursement**.
- The Member will receive the following confirmations via e-mail:
- Booking an Award Ticket or Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket.
**By redeeming points to obtain a Club Premier Award Ticket, you accept the terms and conditions of such ticket and the corresponding branded fare or class.
Physical reception of Club Premier Award Tickets at the Aeroméxico Ticketing Office
If the holder, i.e. the Club Premier Member who did the redemption, goes to pick up their Club Premier Award Tickets to any ticketing office, they will have to:
- Provide their Club Premier Member Card.
- Show an official, valid picture ID and provide a copy of it.
- Show the verification code the Member will receive in the e-mail associated to their Club Premier Account.
- Provide the booking confirmation code.
- Pay any applicable taxes and fees.
If a third party goes on their behalf, they will have to:
- Provide a copy of the Club Premier Member Card of the account from which Premier Points were redeemed for the Award Ticket(s).
- Provide a copy of the Club Premier account holder’s official, valid picture ID.
- Show an official, valid picture ID and a power of attorney signed by the Club Premier Account holder who acquired the Award Tickets to prove said third party is authorized to pick them up, and leave a copy.
- Provide the booking confirmation code.
Club Premier Award Ticket seat assignment
Seat assignment for Award Tickets onboard Aeroméxico flights will be subject to a charge from the moment of purchase up until 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to boarding for international flights, and 48 (forty-eight) hours for domestic flights.
Seat assignment for Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets onboard Aeroméxico flights is subject to branded fare rules, which you may find on Aeroméxico’s Web site https://aeromexico.com/es-mx/informacion-de-vuelos/familias-tarifarias/
Seat assignment rules for any other kind of Award Ticket onboard Sky Team airlines or other participating airlines apply per trip leg and may vary.
The seat assignment charge applies per trip leg and may vary.
Does not apply to SkyTeam Elite Plus Members or to Club Premier Platinum and Titanium Members.
The seat assignment charge may be paid with Premier Points or by credit or debit card. The Cash+Points option does not apply to this charge.

Award Tickets include 1 piece of carry-on baggage and a personal item with a combined weight of 10 kg maximum.
- A carry-on bag is a bag, with or without wheels, which measures no more than 55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm. (21.5 x 15.7 x 10 in.).
- A personal item is defined as a briefcase, handbag, computer, umbrella, fanny pack, etc. for personal use. Personal items must fit under seats.
Baggage allowance for Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets
Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets may include checked baggage under the regulations of the airline operating the flight, the branded fare and destination. Members may find out which branded fare they are acquiring in the “restriction” section when searching for their flight on https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/
Additional baggage with Club Premier Award Tickets
To pay for additional baggage with Premier Points flying with Aeroméxico with a Club Premier Award Ticket, go to https://www.clubpremier.com/mx/utiliza/productos-de-vuelo/
To pay for additional baggage with Premier Points to fly with SkyTeam and other airlines with a Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket, refer to the relevant airline's terms and conditions.
Changes to Club Premier Award Tickets
To make changes to any Club Premier Award Ticket, please call the Club Premier Call Center. Current change fees apply.
Award Ticket change fees
Change fees are not applicable to Club Premier Titanium Members, as long as the change is made more than 21 (twenty-one) days prior to the trip.
In the case of Award Tickets purchased on or after September 17th, 2020, Club Premier Members may change the date of their Award Ticket (change the date of the outgoing flight, the return flight or both) one (1) time at no cost, as long as it is the first date change to their Award Ticket. If the Club Premier Member wants to make a second (or further) date change to their Award Ticket, they would incur fees for $1,070.00 MXN (one thousand and seventy Mexican pesos) for domestic flights or $1,930.00 MXN (one thousand nine hundred and thirty Mexican pesos) for international flights. The payment of this fee allows the Member only to change the date of the outgoing flight, the return flight or both, i.e., flight dates may be changed as long as the origin and the destination of the new itinerary are the same as those of the original itinerary and in the same season. Once the ticket has been issued, changes to the route, the passenger’s name and the service class are not allowed.
The following rules apply to date changes to Award Tickets purchased on promotion:
- Club Premier Members may change the date of their Award Ticket (change the date of the outgoing flight, the return flight or both) one (1) time, as long as it is the first date change and the intended date is within the flight period allowed in the promotion, subject to availability.
- If the promotion on which the Ticket was acquired is still valid and there is enough availability, the Club Premier Member will only have to pay the tax difference, if applicable.
- If the promotion on which the Ticket was acquired is not valid anymore, the Club Premier Member may request its cancellation as per these terms and conditions.
One date change to Award Tickets issued with the American Express® 2x1 (two for one) voucher (coupon) is allowed, under its own terms and conditions, and only for the same season the voucher was originally used.
The fee will be charged for every passenger in the booking whose flight dates are changed.
Changes to Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets
Changes to Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets will incur the corresponding branded fare rules. Said rules will be those established by the airline operating the flight.

Cancelling Club Premier Award Tickets
To cancel any Club Premier Award Ticket, please call the Club Premier Call Center.
Passengers may request their Award Ticket be returned, at no cost for cancellation, if they decide to not take the flight, as long as this is communicated to Club Premier within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time the Award Ticket was redeemed. This cancellation is only applicable to domestic flights within Mexico which are scheduled to depart 7 (seven) days later or longer, and not to international flights. In this case, Club Premier will reimburse the Club Premier Member all Premier Points redeemed to purchase the Award Ticket, as well as any money paid for fees and taxes. The reimbursement will be made to the Club Premier account from which the Premier Points were taken and to the bank card to which fees and taxes were charged. It is the Club Premier Member’s responsibility to inform Club Premier upon requesting the cancellation whether their bank card is expired or they want the reimbursement made to a bank card other than the bank card to which fees and taxes were charged.
If the bank card is not the one used to make the purchase, the Member must provide evidence of the card’s cancellation and provide a similar account.
In the case of Award Tickets purchased on or after September 17th, 2020, if the Club Premier Member requests that Club Premier cancel their Award Ticket after 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time the Award Ticket was redeemed, they will incur the following cancellation fees:
Award Ticket cancellation fees: The Award Ticket cancellation fee will be $1,930.00 (one thousand nine hundred and thirty Mexican pesos) for domestic flights and $2,900.00 (two thousand nine hundred Mexican pesos Mexican 00/100) for international flights. In this case, Club Premier will reimburse the Club Premier Member all the Premier Points redeemed to obtain the Club Premier Award Ticket, as well as the money paid for taxes. The reimbursement will be made to the Club Premier account from which the Premier Points were taken and to the bank card to which taxes were charged. It is the Club Premier Member’s responsibility to inform Club Premier upon requesting the cancellation whether their bank card is expired or they want the reimbursement made to a bank card other than the bank card to which taxes were charged. The booking fee is not reimbursable, as it is not a part of the flight fare.
Any change in destination, route, zone or passenger name entails a reimbursement of Premier Points and possibly a new booking. If one ticket is cancelled and the other is issued on the same call to the Call Center or the same visit to the ticketing office, the service fee will not be charged.
The aforementioned fees are only applicable to Aeroméxico Award Tickets. In the case of Tickets from other airlines, the fees will be those set forth in the terms and conditions of the purchased fare.
Open Award Tickets due to the SARS-COV-2, causing the disease known as COVID 19, pandemic. The Award Ticket will not be subject to cancellation or reimbursement. Area, cabin and season changes are not applicable to new Award Tickets. However, there might be a tax and Premier Point difference between the original Award Ticket and the new one. Said difference must be covered when the new Award Ticket is issued. The issuing of the new Award Ticket is subject to seat availability on the desired flight.

Premier Point voucher granted for Award Tickets affected by the SARS-COV-2, causing the disease known as COVID 19, pandemic. Premier Point vouchers granted as reimbursement for an Award Ticket must be redeemed for another Award Ticket no later than December 15th, 2020. After said period, the Club Premier Member will not be able to use vouchers, with no liability for Club Premier. The Member must pay all applicable taxes and fees to redeem Award Tickets.
Should there be any discrepancy between the provisions of these terms and conditions and the cancellation policies of the airline operating the flight of the Award Ticket, the airline service provider’s policies shall apply and prevail.
Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket cancellations
To cancel a Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket, please call the Club Premier Call Center (55 1519 4040).
Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets may be cancelled free of charge within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time the Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket was purchased. Said cancellation is only applicable to domestic flights within Mexico which are scheduled to depart 7 (seven) days later or longer, and not to international flights. In this case, Club Premier will reimburse the Club Premier Member all Premier Points redeemed to purchase the Award Ticket, as well as the money paid for fees and taxes, except for the booking fee. Club Premier will reinstate Premier Points to the Club Premier Account from which Premier Points were redeemed. The money paid for fees and taxes, except for the booking fee, will be reimbursed to the bank card with which they were paid.
Once the aforementioned term is over, the Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket will not be cancelled or reimbursed.

Term
These Terms and Conditions are valid indefinitely.
Club Premier Award Ticket restrictions
- Travel Agencies are not authorized to book or issue Club Premier Award Tickets. However, they may help Club Premier Members with the redemption procedure through Club Premier-authorized channels.
- Premier Point redemption does not include the payment of taxes or Award Ticket booking fees.
- Only 1 (one) stopover will be allowed for each round-trip Award ticket, subject to the following conditions:
- A stopover is defined as a stop lasting more than 24 (twenty-four) hours between domestic and/or international flights.
- The city of destination is not considered a stopover.
- A stopover is allowed as long as there aren’t more than 2 (two) connections between the origin and the destination, including any connection made to/from the stopover.
- The stopover city must be within a valid route provided by the system.
- Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets do not participate in promotions offered by Club Premier, unless otherwise specified.
- “Mexico” or “national territory” refers to the territory and air space belonging to the United Mexican States.
- Validity of 1 (one) year from the original issuing date.
General conditions of booking fees and change and cancellation fees
Fees and all charges expressed in dollars will be calculated in national currency using the exchange rate valid upon payment of the booking.
Invoicing
Should you need the digital fiscal receipt of your purchase, you may obtain it at: https://webportal.edicomgroup.com/customers/clubPremier/consulta-ticket-cfdi-clubpremier.html, with your authorization number and your Member number. Your fiscal receipt will be available 2 (two) working days after payment. After that, you will have 8 (eight) calendar days to request your electronic invoice by providing federal taxpayer’s ID, fiscal address and e-mail.
You may only invoice the portion paid with cash in the Cash+Points modality, given Premier Points do not have a monetary value.
Fraud
Club Premier reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Members with Club Premier accounts.
PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Club Premier Member temporarily or to terminate them definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Club Premier’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Club Premier Member in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Club Premier Account being disabled during its term. During said term, the Club Premier Member shall thus be unable to credit Points to their Club Premier Account and to Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Club Premier Account. All Benefits generally granted to Club Premier Members shall also be suspended. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Club Premier Account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Club Premier Members.
General Terms and Conditions
Premier Points and the redemption of Club Premier Award Tickets will be subject to the rules, terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of the Club Premier program, available at www.clubpremier.com.
Club Premier reserves the right to amend Plans, the amount and the Benefits at any time, without prior notice.
Enrollment into the Club Premier Program does not guarantee the availability of any reward in the Club Premier Program. Club Premier is not responsible for Members’ ability or inability to use, exchange or redeem Premier Points earned by signing up for Club Premier.
Should enrollment to Club Premier be used by Members for improper purposes or unduly obtained from a Bank Card, fraud or any other unlawful means, Club Premier may, at its sole discretion, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate them and pursue any and all rights and remedies that may be available.
The Club Premier Member agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Club Premier aimed at investigating or taking legal action against any party involved or any party suspected of being involved in the unlawful use of enrollment into the Club Premier Program, of committing fraud with such enrollment, and fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Members in connection with Club Premier Accounts.
Premier Points referred to in the Club Premier Program are not actual physical points, but a representation of credits in the Club Premier Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to cash currency.
All Award Tickets and Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets are subject to availability. Fees and conditions set forth by Aeroméxico or by airlines affiliated to Aeroméxico (SkyTeam) will apply, as they provide the airline service and Club Premier only interacts as a payment method for airline tickets.
Club Premier (PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V.) is responsible solely for issuing the Club Premier Award Ticket and not for operating the commercial flights. The Club Premier Member thus accepts that any complaint associated directly with the operation of the flight must be directed to the relevant provider. Club Premier is not associated to commercial flight operation.
Moreover, the Club Premier Member accepts that Club Premier is not accountable if the flight gets canceled due to problems facing the airline provider, bad weather or any other act of God or force majeure due to which the airline must cancel its flight. The Club Premier Member thus releases Club Premier from liability in these cases, since Club Premier is solely responsible for operating as a payment method and issuing the Club Premier Award Ticket. The Club Premier Member accepts that any complaint associated directly with the operation of the flight must be reviewed by the relevant airline provider and will be handled according to the transportation agreement entered into with the airline.
The Club Premier Member undertakes to have all documentation (ID, plane ticket, valid passport, tourist card(s), vaccination certificate(s), visa(s), etc.) necessary and enforceable both by the airline and by destination countries. Compliance with such requirements is exclusively the Member’s responsibility, as well as compliance with other government-imposed obligations at such countries for their legal stay and/or transit through them. The Member accepts that Club Premier is not responsible if the airline provider prevents them from boarding if the Club Premier Member does not have necessary, correct and enforceable documents. In this case, the Club Premier Member releases Club Premier from all liability, since Club Premier is solely responsible for operating as a payment method and issuing the Club Premier Award Ticket. The Club Premier Member accepts that any complaint associated directly with the operation of the flight must be reviewed by the relevant airline provider and will be handled according to the transportation agreement entered into with the airline.
Personal data
Any processing of personal data by Club Premier, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by Members, shall be done in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, and in compliance with the provisions of the Club Premier Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to signing up for Club Premier (to review the Privacy Notice, please go to www.clubpremier.com)
Money laundering
In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds and as a result from certain activities by Members deemed vulnerable activities by the authorities, Club Premier shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
