Policy change for flight award reservations and bookings at Call Center:
In order to offer you the best possible award seat availability at the moment of reserving your flight award, we would like to inform you that our call center reservation policy has changed. As of May 1st 2012, all flight award bookings must be instantly purchased and tickets must be issued, not allowing for reservations.
The only exceptions to this policy are flight award tickets with inbound transfers in transit from other programs, Sky Team flight award redemptions and reservations made at Aeromexico’s Ticket Offices. For these cases, reservations with a ticketing time limit will be available, and a Club Premier agent will communicate the applicable time limit.
If you wish to shop for flights and schedules before your call, we suggest you visit clubpremier.com, under the section RESERVE YOUR FLIGHT within the USE YOUR KMP menu. In this online tool you will also be able to complete your booking.
