Club Premier Award Tickets and Tickets paid with money.

Terms and Conditions

 By purchasing any Club Premier Award Ticket, you declare that you acknowledge and accept these "Club Premier Award Ticket Terms and Conditions".

Club Premier Award Tickets. These are airline tickets that Club Premier Members can acquire by redeeming Premier Points, and include Award Tickets and Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets.

Award Ticket: These are airline tickets with no fare cost, which are subject to availability and have controlled availability, which depends on the demand for each flight that varies according to the time, route and date of each flight (among others). These can be operated by Aeromexico and any airline of the SkyTeam/OAL alliance. This applies to one-way, round and multi-destination flights. For the redemption of this type of Award Ticket, the amount of Premier Points required per single trip is fixed and is given by the following table, effective as of September 14, 2022:

  • Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket: these are public fare airline tickets converted to Premier Points, operated exclusively by Aeromexico, Aeromexico Connect, Delta, KLM and Air France. Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets, as well as the required amount of Premier Points, are subject to the rules of the fare families established by the airline operating the flights, and depend on the demand for each flight, which varies according to the time, route and date of each flight (among other issues set by each airline). This applies to one-way, round and multi-destination flights.

How to acquire a Club Premier Award Ticket

In order to acquire a Club Premier Award Ticket, whether it is an Award Ticket or an Award Ticket with Dynamic Rate, Club Premier Members must redeem (use and/or exchange) a certain number of Premier Points in exchange for the Club Premier Award Ticket and pay the corresponding taxes and service charge, both of which must always be paid with money and not with Premier Points.

Club Premier Award Tickets will always have a rate other than 0 (zero) Premier Points. You acknowledge and agree that Award Tickets may not be free under any circumstances.

Cash+Points

If they do not have enough Premier Points, Club Premier Members may acquire their Club Premier Award Ticket by paying partly with Premier Points and paying the difference with money, using their valid credit or debit card.

Both types of Club Premier Award Ticket can be paid with Premier Points or Cash+Points (Money plus Premier Points); the price of these will depend on the route and season (high or low):

  • High season:
    • Easter Period: from March 30 to April 16, 2023
    • Summer Period: from June 1 to August 14
    • Christmas Period: from December 7 to January 14, 2023.
  • Low season: The rest of the year

The combined scheme of Premier Points and money is as follows:

  • Purchase the flight with 75% (seventy-five percent) of Premier Points plus 25% (twenty-five percent) in cash;
  • Purchase the flight with 50% (fifty percent) of Premier Points plus 50% (fifty percent) in cash; or
  • Purchase the flight with 35% (thirty-five percent) of Premier Points plus 65% (sixty-five percent) in cash.

The amounts to be paid in cash will vary according to the price of the type of Club Premier Award Ticket selected.

The minimum amount to be paid with Premier Points will be 35% (thirty-five percent) of the total value in Premier Points of the selected Club Premier Award Ticket.

This Cash+Points alternative will be available to all Club Premier Members when booking their flight through https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/

Service Charges for Club Premier Award Tickets

The charges for issuing "Award Tickets" and "Award Tickets with Dynamic Rate" are equivalent to $320.00 (three hundred and twenty pesos 00/100 Mexican Currency) for bookings made through the website https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/ and $640.00 (six hundred and forty pesos 00/100 Mexican Currency) for bookings made through any other channel. These charges cannot be paid with Premier Points and must be paid in a single payment.

Even when paying with the Cash+Points system, the Club Premier Member must cover the corresponding service charges and taxes.

Ways to book and/or acquire Club Premier Award Tickets

Club Premier Award Tickets can be booked and/or acquired at:

  • Redemption of Premier Points via the Web by going to https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/
  • Redemption of Premier Points by telephone by calling the Club Premier Call Center (Club Premier Call Center (52 55) 1519 4040); and
  • Redemption of Premier Points physically at Aeromexico Ticket Offices

When requesting Club Premier Award Tickets by phone or at the ticket office, it is important that you consider that these Club Premier Award Tickets are subject to availability. For bookings on Aeromexico flights, you must call at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date of flight departure; for bookings on flights operated by SkyTeam airlines and affiliated airlines, you must call at least 7 (seven) business days before the flight departure date. The times indicated in this paragraph are recommendations, subject to availability.

Redemption of Club Premier Award Tickets via the Web:

  1. Go to clubpremier.com
  2. Sign in to your Club Premier Account.
  3. Enter the “Use” section, “Buy your Trip” and then “Flights” to book the Award Ticket(s) that you wish to buy with Premier Points or directly at https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/
  4. Select origin, destination and number of passengers.
  5. Make the purchase or redemption of the Award Ticket, as well as the payment of the corresponding Taxes in a single payment**.
  6. The member will receive the following confirmations via e-mail:
    • Booking of the Award Ticket or Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket.

**By redeeming the Club Premier Award Ticket, you accept the terms and conditions of said ticket, as well as of the corresponding fare family or class.

Physical receipt of Club Premier Award Tickets at the Aeromexico Ticket Office

If the holder, that is, the Club Premier Member who made the redemption, goes in person to pick up their Club Premier Award Tickets at any ticket office, they must:

  1. Present their Club Premier Membership Card.
  2. Show a valid official photo ID and submit a copy thereof.
  3. Show the verification code that will be sent to the member to the e-mail address registered in their Club Premier Account.
  4. Provide booking confirmation code.
  5. Pay the corresponding taxes and service charges.

If a third party goes on your behalf, they must:

  1. Submit a copy of the Club Premier Membership Card for the Account from which the Premier Points were taken to purchase the Award Ticket(s).
  2. Submit a copy of a valid official photo ID of the Club Premier Account holder.
  3. Show a valid official photo ID and a power of attorney signed by the Club Premier Account holder who purchased the Award Tickets, evidencing their status as an authorized person, and submit a copy thereof.
  4. Provide booking confirmation code.

Seat assignment for Club Premier Award Tickets

The assignment of seats on flights with Aeromexico using an Award Ticket will be subject to a charge, from the moment of purchase until 24 (twenty-four) hours before boarding for international flights and 48 (forty-eight) hours for domestic flights.

The assignment of seats on flights with Aeromexico using a Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket is subject to the rules of the corresponding fare family, which you can check on the Aeromexico website https://aeromexico.com/es-mx/informacion-de-vuelos/familias-tarifarias/

The assignment of seats on flights using any type of Award Ticket with Sky Team airlines or other participating airlines applies per travel segment and may vary.

The charge for seat assignment applies per travel segment and may vary.

This does not apply to Elite Plus Members of SkyTeam, Platinum or Titanium Members of Club Premier.

The charge for seat assignment may be paid with Premier Points or charged to a credit or debit card. The Cash + Points payment option does not apply for this charge.

The Award Ticket includes carry-on baggage and a personal item weighing together 15 kg max.

  • Carry-on baggage means suitcases with or without wheels whose dimensions do not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm. (21.5 x 15.7 x 10 inches).
  • Personal belongings such as briefcases, purses, computers, umbrellas, fanny packs, etc., are classified as personal items. These must fit under the seats in the cabin.

Baggage included with Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets

Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets may include checked baggage, in accordance with the rules of the airline operating the flight, the fare family purchased and the destination area. The Member can find out which fare family they purchased by checking the restrictions section when searching for their flight at https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/

Purchase of additional baggage for Club Premier Award Tickets

To purchase additional baggage with Premier Points for your Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets flying with SkyTeam airlines and other airlines, please check the terms and conditions of the corresponding airline.

Changes in Club Premier Award Tickets

Change Fees for Award Tickets

All Club Premier Members may make 1 (one) flight date change of their Award Ticket (change in date of the outbound flight, return flight or both, retaining the same class, route, season, passengers and cabin) at no cost, provided that it is the first flight date change made on their Award Ticket. This first change at no cost refers to the fact that the Club Premier Member will not be charged the flight date change fee mentioned below and in this way members will be able to make the first flight date change of their Award Tickets, only by paying the issuance fee in force on the date of issuance of the new tickets, as well as the difference in Premier Points and the amount of taxes in effect on the day the change is made, if applicable.

In the event that the Club Premier Member requires a second flight date change (or more) of his Award Ticket, he must pay the flight date change fee that will be $ 1,070.00 (one thousand seventy Mexican pesos 00/100 M.N.) for trips within the national territory and $ 1,930.00 (one thousand nine hundred and thirty Mexican pesos 00/100 M.N.) for trips to and from abroad. The payment of this fee allows the Member to exclusively change the date of the outbound flight, the return flight or both, that is, it is possible to make changes to the flight dates provided that the origin and destination of the new itinerary are the same as the original itinerary, within the same season and for the same passenger.

Club Premier Titanium Members are exempt from the change fee, provided said change is made more than 21 (twenty-one) days prior to the travel date.

In case of flight date changes for Award Tickets purchased during a promotion, the following rules shall apply:

  • Club Premier Members may make 1 (one) flight date change for their Award Ticket (change in the date of the outbound flight, the return flight or both), provided that it is the first change and said change is within the flying period permitted by the promotion, subject to availability.
  • If the same promotion under which the ticket was acquired is still valid and there is availability, the Club Premier Member must only pay the difference in taxes, if applicable.
  • If the same promotion under which the ticket was acquired is no longer valid, the Member may request its cancellation in accordance with these terms and conditions.

A flight date change is allowed for Award Tickets acquired with the American Express® 2x1 (two for one) voucher (coupon), in accordance with its terms and conditions and only during the same season for which the voucher was applied.

The flight date change fee will be charged for each passenger within the booking for those who change flight dates.

For flight date changes of Award Tickets issued before September 14, 2022, with date change to fly on or after September 14, 2022, the following applies:

  1. The changes are only applicable respecting the same area, same cabin, same passengers and same season, in case these criteria are not met, the rules of a cancellation will be considered as long as the Terms and Conditions of the Prize Ticket allow it.
  2. In any first change of flight date, the Member will pay only the difference in taxes, as well as the charge for issuance of each of the Award Tickets that have been changed, for subsequent changes the fee for change of Prize Ticket will apply.  
  3. The taxes paid for the original Prize Ticket will be refunded to the credit card where the payment was made (or to the bank card indicated by the Member) within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days and for the new issuance of Award Tickets with the corresponding change and the Member must cover the corresponding new tax amount, as well as the charge for issuing the new Ticket, in force at the time of issuance of the new Prize Ticket. The collection of taxes will be charged to the bank card indicated by the Member at the time of making the change.
  4. In the event that the new Prize Ticket has a promotion or a value lower than the original Prize Ticket, the Premier Points will in no case be subject to refund.
  5. The above only applies to Award Tickets issued prior to September 14, 2022 that wish an applicable change as of September 14, 2022.

Changes in Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets.

For changes in Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets, the rules of the fare family in which said ticket was purchased shall apply. These rules will be those established by the airline operating the flight.

Cancellation of Club Premier Award Tickets

For cancellations of any type of Club Premier Award Ticket, please contact the Club Premier Call Center.

The passenger may request the return of his Award Ticket, without cancellation fee, in case he decides not to make the trip, as long as he communicates it to Club Premier within a period of 24 (twenty-four) hours counted from the time of redemption of the Award Ticket. This cancellation will be applicable to flights purchased exclusively in Mexico, whether they are domestic or international flights operated by Aeromexico. In this case Club Premier will refund to club Premier Member, all Premier Points redeemed on their Award Ticket, as well as money paid for fees and taxes. The refund will be made in the Club Premier Account from which the redeemed Premier Points came from and in the Bank Card with which the corresponding taxes and charges were paid. It is the responsibility of the Club Premier Member to inform Club Premier, at the time of requesting cancellation, if their Bank Card is expired or if they wish the refund to be made on a different Bank Card than the one with which the corresponding taxes and charges were paid. The foregoing will not apply to cancellation of Award Tickets of flights operated by airlines other than Aeromexico, as they are subject to the cancellation rules of the airline providing the service.

If the Bank Card is different from the one used to make the purchase, the Member must submit proof of cancellation and provide a similar account.

For Award Tickets purchased on or after September 17, 2020, if the Club Premier Member requests Club Premier to cancel their Award Ticket after a period of 24 (twenty-four) hours from the redemption of the Award Ticket, they will be charged the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation Fees for Award Tickets: The cancellation fee for Award Tickets will be $1,930.00 (one thousand nine hundred and thirty pesos 00/100 Mexican Currency) for domestic flights and $2,900.00 (two thousand nine hundred pesos 00/100 Mexican Currency) for flights to and from abroad. In this case, Club Premier will reimburse the Club Premier Member for all Premier Points redeemed for their Club Premier Award Ticket, as well as any money paid for taxes. This reimbursement will be made to the Club Premier Account from which the redeemed Premier Points were taken, and to the Bank Card with which the corresponding taxes were paid. It is the responsibility of the Club Premier Member to inform Club Premier, at the time of requesting the cancellation, if their Bank Card has expired or if they want the reimbursement to be made to a different Bank Card than the one with which the corresponding taxes were paid. The service charge and issuance fee for the ticket will not be refundable, since it is not part of the flight fare.

SkyTeam® Award Tickets will be refundable, provided the trip has not started.

Any change of destination, route, area or passenger name implies the respective reimbursement of Premier Points and the possible issuance of a new booking. If the cancellation of one ticket and issuance of another are both performed during the same call to the call center or visit to the stores, the service charge will not apply.

The aforementioned fees only apply to Aeromexico Award Tickets. For Club Premier Award Tickets from other airlines, the fees established in the terms and conditions of the purchased fare will apply.

In the event of a discrepancy between the provisions of these terms and conditions and the cancellation policies of the airline operating the flight corresponding to the Award Ticket, the policies of the airline service provider shall prevail and apply

For tickets issued before September 14, 2022, in case of cancellation at the request of the Member, the rules of cancellation of the Prize Ticket will apply and any new redemption of the Prize Ticket will be subject to the values that are published at that time.

Open Award tickets due to the pandemic of SARS-COV-2 that causes the coronavirus disease COVID 19. The Prize Ticket will not be cancellable or refundable. For the issuance of the new Prize Ticket does not apply change of zone, cabin, passenger and season, however, a difference in taxes and Premier Points may be applied between the original and the new Prize Ticket, the excess difference must be covered at the time of the new issuance of the Prize Ticket. The issuance of the new Award Ticket will be subject to the availability of spaces on the desired flight. Vouchers that were awarded by International Award Tickets affected by the SARS-COV-2 pandemic that causes the coronavirus disease COVID 19. The vouchers granted must be used for redemption of another Award Ticket in accordance with the validity and according to the terms and conditions of the voucher, shared with the Club Premier Members via email. The Club Premier Member acknowledges and accepts that the vouchers may only be used in accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions sent with the voucher, releasing Club Premier from any liability. Likewise, the Member acknowledges and accepts that he must make the payment of the corresponding taxes and charges in the redemption of the Prize Ticket that he wishes to acquire.

Cancellation of Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets

For cancellations of Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets, please contact the Club Premier Call Center (55 1519 4040).

In this case Club Premier will refund to club Premier Member, all Premier Points redeemed on their Dynamic-Fare Award Ticket, as well as money paid for fees and taxes. The refund will be made in the Club Premier Account from which the redeemed Premier Points came from and in the Bank Card with which the corresponding taxes and charges were paid. It is the responsibility of the Club Premier Member to inform Club Premier, at the time of requesting cancellation, if their Bank Card is expired or if they wish the refund to be made on a different Bank Card than the one with which the corresponding taxes and charges were paid. The foregoing will not apply to cancellation of Award Tickets of flights operated by airlines other than Aeromexico, as they are subject to the cancellation rules of the airline providing the service.

Once the aforementioned period has elapsed, Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets operated by Aeromexico cannot be subject to cancellation or reimbursement.

Validity

The validity of these Terms and Conditions is indefinite.

Restrictions on Club Premier Award Tickets

  • Travel agencies are not authorized to book or issue Club Premier Award Tickets; however, they may help the Club Premier Member carry out the process through authorized Club Premier channels.
  • The redemption of Premier Points does not include the payment of taxes, nor the service charges for issuing Award Tickets.
  • Only 1 (one) stopover will be allowed for each round-trip Award Ticket, under the following conditions:
  • A stopover is defined as a stop lasting more than 24 (twenty-four) hours between domestic and/or international flights.
  • The city of destination is not considered a stopover.
  • A stopover is allowed provided there are no more than 2 (two) connections between the origin and the destination, including any connection made to/from the stopover.
  • The stopover city must be within a valid route provided by the system.
  • Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets do not participate in promotions offered by Club Premier, unless otherwise specified.
  • “Mexican Republic” or “national territory” refers to the territory and air space belonging to the United Mexican States.
  • Their validity is of 1 (one) year from the original issuance date.

General conditions of service charges and fees for changes and cancellations

The fees and any amounts expressed in dollars will be calculated in national currency, applying the current exchange rate on the date of payment of the booking.

TICKETS PAID WITH MONEY

 

“Ticket Paid with Money”: means a ticket for a flight operated by the airline called Aeromexico (“Aeromexico”) purchased with money by the Club Premier Member, using the participating bank cards as a method of payment in accordance with these terms and conditions. By purchasing any Ticket Paid with Money, you acknowledge and accept these "Terms and Conditions for Tickets Paid with Money".

 

How to purchase a Ticket Paid with Money. To acquire it, the Club Premier Member must:

  1. Enter the site, https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/ selecting the option “Pay with money and earn Points” or by selecting the “Money” button in “Method of payment”.
  2. Select the flights operated by Aeromexico for which you wish to acquire tickets for the trip.
  3. Review trip details to make sure dates and times are correct.
  4. Review the terms, fare and characteristics of your tickets established by Aeromexico, since the conditions, changes and reimbursements will depend on the fare family purchased.
  5. Check whether or not the prices include baggage or other fees charged directly by Aeromexico.
  6. Verify the spelling of the passenger names, since these must exactly match the official photo ID issued by the competent authority.
  7. Review the total fare, prior to payment, since these are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
  8. Enter the payment details, using a valid bank card (debit or credit).
  9. Log in to your Club Premier Account to enable the purchase of the ticket.
  10. Complete the payment of the tickets with the corresponding taxes and fees.

 

Service Charges for Tickets Paid with Money

For bookings made through the Club Premier Call Center, the charges for issuing Tickets Paid with Money will be defined by the following table. These charges must be covered in a single payment through the participating bank cards:

All amounts that appear at https://vuelaconpuntos.clubpremier.com/ are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) except when otherwise indicated. The denomination appears clearly expressed in each product or service.

Baggage and Seats for Tickets Paid with Money

Both baggage and seat assignment policies for Tickets Paid with Money are subject to the rules of the corresponding fare family, which you can check on the Aeromexico website (www.aeromexico.com or at https://www.aeromexico.com/es-mx/informacion-de-vuelos/familias-tarifarias).

 

Overbooked flights for Tickets Paid with Money

Club Premier is not responsible for the fact that the purchased flight has been oversold by Aeromexico and, in these cases, the passenger will adhere to any processes indicated by Aeromexico in accordance with their air carriage agreement or the provisions stated in www.aeromexico.com

 

Release of liability for Club Premier regarding Tickets Paid with Money

The additional terms and conditions of Aeromexico airline tickets will apply to the booking selected by the Club Premier Member.  In particular, the Club Premier Member will be responsible for reading all the carriage terms and conditions issued by Aeromexico, which can be found on the aeromexico.com website, and by purchasing the Tickets Paid with Money, they express their acceptance of all the terms and conditions established by the airline. Airfare is only guaranteed after purchase is complete and tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel providers may change their prices without notice. Club Premier reserves the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received in a timely manner.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CLUB PREMIER AWARD TICKETS AND TICKETS PAID WITH MONEY

Premier Points, as well as the redemption of Club Premier Award Tickets, will be subject to the rules, terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of the Club Premier Program, which are available at www.clubpremier.com

Club Premier reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

All Award Tickets, Dynamic-Fare Award Tickets and Tickets Paid with Money are subject to availability, and the fares and conditions established by Aeromexico or the airlines affiliated with Aeromexico (SkyTeam) will apply, since they are the providers of the airline service, and Club Premier only acts as a method of payment for the corresponding airline tickets.

Club Premier (PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V.) is exclusively responsible for the issuance of Club Premier Award Tickets, as well as Tickets Paid with Money, and not for the operation of said commercial flights, and therefore, the Club Premier Member accepts that any claim directly related to the operation of the flight must be reviewed by the corresponding provider. The operation of commercial flights is independent from Club Premier.

Additionally, the Club Premier Member accepts that Club Premier is not responsible in case of flight cancellations due to problems with the airline provider, weather causes or any other act of God or event of force majeure for which the airline decides to cancel their flight. Therefore, the Club Premier Member releases Club Premier from liability in these cases, since Club Premier is only responsible for operating as a method of payment and issuing the Club Premier Award Ticket and/or the Ticket Paid with Money, and the Club Premier Member accepts that any claim directly related to the operation of the flight must be reviewed by the corresponding airline provider and will be governed in accordance with the air carriage agreement entered into with the airline.

Similarly, the Club Premier Member agrees to have all the documentation (ID, airline ticket, valid passport, tourist cards, vaccination certificates, visas, among others) necessary and required by both the airline and the countries of destination, being their exclusive responsibility to comply with these requirements, as well as with any other government obligations imposed by said countries for their legal stay and/or transit within them, and they also accept that Club Premier is not responsible if the airline provider prevents them from boarding in the event that the Club Premier Member does not have the necessary, correct and required documents. In this case, the Club Premier Member releases Club Premier from all liability, since Club Premier is only responsible for operating as a method of payment and issuing the Club Premier Award Ticket and/or Ticket Paid with Money, and the Club Premier Member accepts that any claim directly related to the operation of the flight must be reviewed by the corresponding airline provider and will be governed in accordance with the air carriage agreement entered into with the airline.

The Club Premier Member is responsible for ensuring that they meet the entry requirements for foreigners, and that their travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist or any other type), are in order, and for complying with any other entry requirement for foreigners. Club Premier does not have any special knowledge regarding foreigner entry requirements or travel documents. We recommend that Club Premier Members review travel prohibitions, advisories, announcements and warnings issued by relevant governments before booking trips to international destinations.

Passport and Visa: this information should be checked with the relevant Embassy or Consulate. Requirements may change and you should verify the updated information prior to booking and departure. We assume no responsibility if you are denied entry to a flight or to any country because you do not carry your proper and correct passport, visa or any other travel document required by the airline, authority or country, including countries where you are only in transit. This includes any stopovers made by the plane, if you don't leave the plane or the airport.

Health: Recommended travel vaccinations may change and you should check with your doctor for current recommendations before you leave. It is the responsibility of the Club Premier Member to ensure that they meet all health requirements to enter the countries mentioned, get the recommended vaccinations, take the recommended medications, and follow medical advice related to their trip.

By offering bookings for travel products, particularly to international destinations, Club Premier does not represent or warrant that travel to such areas is recommended or risk-free, and is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from traveling to such destinations.

Invoicing 

Should you need the digital fiscal receipt of your purchase, you may obtain it at: https://webportal.edicomgroup.com/customers/clubPremier/consulta-ticket-cfdi-clubpremier.html, with your authorization number and your Member number. Your fiscal receipt will be available 2 (two) working days after payment. After that, you will have 8 (eight) calendar days to request your electronic invoice by providing federal taxpayer ID, fiscal address and e-mail.

You may only invoice the portion paid with cash in the Cash+Points modality, since Premier Points do not have a monetary value.

Fraud

Club Premier reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Members with Club Premier Accounts.

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Club Premier Member temporarily or to terminate them definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Club Premier’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Club Premier Member in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Club Premier Account being disabled during its term, which means the Club Premier Member shall be unable to: credit Points to their Club Premier Account, and Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Club Premier Account; as well as the suspension of all Benefits granted to Club Premier Members. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Club Premier Account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Club Premier Members.

Personal Data

All processing of personal data carried out by Club Premier, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Members, will be carried out in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, as well as subject to the provisions of Club Premier’s Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to your registration in Club Premier (to check the Privacy Notice please go to www.clubpremier.com)

Money laundering

In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds, and as a result of certain activities by Members deemed vulnerable activities by the Act, Club Premier shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
