Terms and Conditions for the benefits of Aeromexico Levels

The Club Premier Member may have access to a higher Aeromexico Level by accumulating Qualifying Premier Points, which are those Premier Points accrued for their spending on flights with Aeromexico, Delta and/or SkyTeam®:

Qualifying points for Aeromexico Levels

In order to reach any given Aeromexico Level, two criteria will be taken into account: The number of qualifying segments flown or Premier Points required per level. (Whichever happens first)

The minimums required to reach or maintain each Level are the following:

  • Titanium: 100 qualifying segments* or 100,000 Premier Points.
  • Platinum: 80 qualifying segments* or 80,000 Premier Points.
  • Gold: 50 qualifying segments* or 50,000 Premier Points.

*Segment means each flight made. For example, a flight with origin in Tijuana and destination in Cancun with a stopover in CDMX, counts as two segments, the first being Tijuana-CDMX and the second being CDMX-Cancun.

To reach the Gold and Platinum Levels, qualifying Points shall be all those accrued for the base fare and on participating fees before taxes, for flights with Aeromexico, Delta and/or SkyTeam®.

To access the Titanium Level, qualifying Points shall be all those accrued for the base fare and on participating fees for flights operated by Aeromexico and/or Delta, or segments flown for a minimum of 80% indistinctly, and only the remaining 20% can be for flights operated by other SkyTeam® alliance airlines. It is possible to reach this level by earning 100% of the required Points or segments flying only with Aeromexico, only with Delta, or with both, without having to meet a particular percentage with each airline.

Flights flown in Basic Economy (Class V or equivalent) are not considered qualifying Points or segments to reach or maintain Aeromexico Levels, but they do earn Premier Points.

Acquired travel extras earn Premier Points, but they are not eligible for leveling-up, nor are they cumulative for Level bonuses.

TITANIUM LEVEL

The Titanium Level is obtained by Club Premier Members who have accrued 100 segments flown or 100,000* Premier Points, of which at least 80,000 Premier Points must be obtained through flights with Aeromexico (prefix 139 in the flight number or AM code) and/or Delta (prefix 006 in the flight number or DL code), and a maximum of 20 segments or 20,000 Premier Points may be accrued for flights with SkyTeam®.

Level qualification example using Premier Points: Club Premier Members who earn 80,000 Premier Points with Aeromexico and/or Delta + 20,000 Premier Points with SkyTeam®.

Level qualification example using Segments: Club Premier Members who accrue 80 segments with Aeromexico and/or Delta + 20 segments with SkyTeam®.

To maintain or qualify for a level, any of the two indicators meeting the established requirement is considered. That is, it can be achieved by using Premier Points or Segments flown, whichever occurs first.

Qualifying Premier Points and segments for the Titanium Level are only those that are accrued for the base rate and on participating fees (Premier Points accrued through level Bonuses do not qualify for leveling-up; nor do Premier Points accrued through purchases of Travel Extras).

Policy of Free Upgrades to Premier Cabin for being Titanium Level

Aeromexico has an automated system for upgrades to Premier Class. Eligible Club Premier Members flying with Aeromexico and Delta Airlines may receive complimentary upgrades automatically with a companion, provided the companion enters a Club Premier, SkyMiles or SkyTeam frequent flyer number. The waiting list for said complementary upgrade is automatic and there is no need to request it.

  • Members of the Club Premier Titanium Level flying with Delta Airlines are eligible for cabin upgrades on the following routes: flights within the US, Bermuda, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, Colombia and Ecuador, paying the public fare, Award Ticket and subject to availability in first class.
  • Upgrades apply for a companion within the same itinerary and the same booking and PNR, when said companion has entered their frequent flyer number. 
  • The upgrade confirmation window for Members flying with Aeromexico and Delta is 120 hours before the flight.
  • The upgrade is confirmed by e-mail to the Titanium Member.

If the complimentary upgrade was not confirmed prior to the flight, it can be requested at the airport. Said request will be entered on the waiting list where the priority of the Member will be evaluated and, if there is availability, it will be granted in the last waiting lounge.

  • For flights under the Delta code, Classic “E” class is not eligible for complimentary upgrade benefits.

Benefits

The Titanium Level is the highest level of distinction in Aeromexico, with which you can have access to exclusive benefits when traveling:

  • Earn 8 Premier Points in addition to the Base Accrual as a level bonus. The bonus applies only to tickets sold and operated by Aeromexico.
  • Level bonuses for tickets sold and operated by airlines affiliated with the program, based on the rules of the operating airline, considering the distance, cabin and class flown.
  • Level Bonuses are not eligible Points to qualify for reaching or maintaining Aeromexico Levels.
  • Access to Premier Lounges with a companion.
  • Access to SkyTeam Lounges only for the holder
  • 60% discount on One Day Pass purchases for Premier lounges
  • Selection and assignment of seats at the time of booking, check-in or kiosks, free of charge on tickets paid with Aeromexico fare (AM Plus, preferred seats, emergency exits and any seat in coach class).
  • The Basic fare or “V” class is not eligible for seat selection and assignment benefits. Check an additional item of baggage when flying with Aeromexico, according to the baggage allowance by route. Exclusive queue at the AICM for Delta Titanium Members and Diamond Members.
    • The Basic fare or “V” class is not eligible for Additional Baggage benefits.
  • Priority on waiting list at the airport with Aeromexico and SkyTeam® airlines
  • Benefits of Sky Priority with Aeromexico and SkyTeam® within the airports where it operates, priority for: check-in, baggage check-in, ticket office, boarding and baggage claim.
  • Waiver of service charge on Classic Award Ticket and Always Award Ticket.
  • It can only be used once a year, and it is not transferable.
  • The code will be received by mail starting on January 1, 2022.
  • The code is not cumulative and is valid until December 31 of each year.
  • The code can be redeemed before making the payment for the Award Ticket.
  • If the booking includes more than one ticket, only one ticket will receive this benefit.
  • Distinction of being a SkyTeam Elite Plus Member worldwide.
  • If you are a Titanium Level Member, you will be granted an additional item of baggage according to the weight and number of bags established for the route to be traveled in the following table:

Validity

  • Flights made from January 1 to December 31 of each year are considered for the accrual of Premier Points and/or qualifying segments to maintain or reach the Aeromexico Titanium Level.
  • Said Level change will be reflected from the moment in which the Premier Points and/or the qualifying segments (flown) are attained and until December 31 of the following year.
  • Permanence will be subject to the Premier Points and/or segments accrued in the period from January 1 to December 31 of each year. After this period, it will be necessary to accrue 100 flown segments or 100,000 Premier Points again.

Beginning on January 1, 2022, the accrual of 8 Premier Points per dollar spent is in effect. This will be applicable for maintaining and reaching Aeromexico Levels from January 1 to December 31 of each year.

PLATINUM LEVEL

Platinum Level is obtained by Club Premier Members who have accrued 80 qualifying segments or 80,000 Premier Points for their flights flown with Aeromexico, Delta and/or participating SkyTeam® Airlines in a calendar year.

To maintain or qualify for a level, any of the two indicators meeting the established requirement is considered. That is, it can be achieved by using Premier Points or Segments flown, whichever occurs first.

Premier Points and qualifying segments for Platinum Level are only those that are accrued for the base rate and on participating fees. Premier Points accrued through Level Bonuses do not qualify for this level, nor do Premier Points accrued through purchases of Travel Extras.

This is applicable for the member and one companion traveling on the same itinerary and PNR.. The companion must enter a frequent flyer number to be eligible to receive the upgrade. The upgrade is confirmed by means of an e-mail to the Member, within the eligible window of time per level.
  • Complimentary upgrades with Delta that will be granted automatically depending on the availability of seats in the Premier cabin (Applicable to you and a companion with the same itinerary and PNR. The companion must enter a frequent flyer number to be eligible to receive the upgrade)
  • Selection and assignment of seats free of charge at check-in or at kiosks on flights paid with Aeromexico fare 24 hours before the flight for AM Plus, and 48 hours before the flight for Preferred Seats, Emergency Exits and any seat in coach class.
  • The Basic fare or “V” Class is not eligible for seat selection and assignment benefits. Priority on waiting list at the airport and on bookings with Aeromexico and SkyTeam® airlines.
  • Benefits of Sky Priority with Aeromexico and SkyTeam® within the airports that grant priority for: check-in, baggage check-in, ticket office, boarding and baggage claim.

Fraud

  • Club Premier reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Members with Club Premier Accounts.
  • PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Club Premier Member temporarily or to terminate them definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Club Premier’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Club Premier Member in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Club Premier Account being disabled during its term, which means the Club Premier Member shall be unable to: credit Points to their Club Premier Account, and Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Club Premier Account; as well as the suspension of all Benefits granted to Club Premier Members. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Club Premier Account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Club Premier Members.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Enrollment in the Club Premier program (the "Program") can only be done through the website www.clubpremier.com and www.aeromexico.com
  • Premier Points will be subject to the rules of the Club Premier Program, which are available at "clubpremier.com"
  • Club Premier reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Benefits, at any time without prior notice.
  • Enrollment in the Program does not guarantee the availability of any Club Premier Program reward, and Club Premier is not responsible for whether or not the Member can use or redeem the Premier Points accrued by enrolling in the Program or the Promotion.
  • The Member agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Club Premier aimed at the investigation or filing of legal actions against anyone involved or suspected of being involved in the improper use or fraud with respect to the enrollment in the Program and this Promotion, as well as fraudulent conduct or bad practices by Members in Club Premier Accounts.
  • The Premier Points referred to in the Club Premier Program are not actual physical points but represent credits in the Club Premier Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to currency in cash.

Personal Data

  • All processing of personal data carried out by Club Premier, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Members, will be carried out in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, as well as subject to the provisions of Club Premier’s Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to your registration in Club Premier (to check the Privacy Notice please go to www.clubpremier.com)
  • In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds, and as a result of certain activities by Members deemed vulnerable activities by the Act, Club Premier shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.
  • The information derived from the Notices that are submitted to the competent authorities will be used exclusively for the prevention, identification, investigation and sanctioning of transactions with illegal proceeds and other crimes related to them. The aforementioned personal data will be kept absolutely protected, under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
